When you connect third-party social media accounts for publishing, we collect the access tokens and basic profile information necessary to publish content on your behalf.

We use the prompts and inputs you provide to generate content through our AI models. We may use anonymized and aggregated usage data to improve our AI services, but we do not use your individual prompts or generated content to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

Creato integrates with third-party AI model providers to power its generation features. When you use the Platform, your prompts and relevant inputs are transmitted to these providers to generate content.

Each AI model provider has its own data processing practices. We select providers that meet our security and privacy standards, and we contractually require them to process your data only as necessary to provide their services.

We do not share your personal account information (name, email, payment details) with AI model providers. Only the inputs required for content generation are transmitted.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with: (a) service providers who assist us in operating the Platform (hosting, payment processing, analytics); (b) AI model providers as described above; (c) social media platforms you have connected for publishing; (d) law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control.

We store your data on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your generated content is stored on the Platform for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual creations or your entire account at any time. Deleted content is removed from our active systems within 30 days, though backup copies may persist for a limited period.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information: (a) access and receive a copy of your data; (b) correct inaccurate information; (c) delete your personal data; (d) restrict or object to certain processing; (e) data portability; (f) withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
